Fortino, Brandon and Josh went the extra mile and did a wonderful job. They started on time every day and kept the area they were working on clean. At the end of each day they cleaned up everything. We changed from an old gas furnace to a heatpump and they removed the old system and vents and re-routed the vents to bring our system up to code. Now we don’t have big temperature differences in the house and the system is so quiet you can barely tell that it is on. This company is super professional. I can’t recommend them enough. I am adding a follow-up. Weeks after the installation we noticed a rumbling sound when the system was set to maximum. Julio and Rick came out twice to measure and then to install a custom vibration dampened earthquake restraint for our system. They truly went the extra mile. They both exhibited professionalism, friendliness, competency, always on time, were tidy, and encouraged us to not hesitate asking any questions we may have. They paid attention to all the details, kept everything very clean, and communicated all along on what was going on. I found them to be a professional company: honest, punctual, and clear about their proposed solution. The system works well. My realtor was also enthusiastic about the mini splits and felt they would add value to the house. I recently had my house inspected. Without prompting, the inspector commented on how the installers had done the electrical wiring and praised the Mitsubishi system I had installed. Both nice guys. I would stop them occasionally to ask a question and they were friendly and easily and thoroughly answered me. At the end of the day the entire area was totally clean up. The project was completed in the prescribed time. Before they left Ramon took the time to explain the how the new HVAC SYSTEM works then explained the remote and how to use it to set the temperature and fans to optimize my comfort. I had a 4-ton and a 3-ton heat pump system installed by Alternative HVAC Solutions in San Carlos. The owner Mike came out to assess what needed to be done. He was very willing to spend whatever time was necessary to answer my questions, and being an engineer a had a lot. There were 5 different guys that were involved in doing the job. Every one of them seemed very knowledgeable, and were very helpful, and were also very polite. I enjoyed working with them. The two systems work very well. I heartily recommend their company. They handled the unexpected problems with ease. I felt confident in all of their work. They were willing to patiently explain what they were doing and answered all of my questions.
