I can’t say enough about how good this company is. Fortino, Brandon and Josh went the extra mile and did a wonderful job. They started on time every day and kept the area they were working on clean. At the end of each day they cleaned up everything. We changed from an old gas furnace to a heatpump and they removed the old system and vents and re-routed the vents to bring our system up to code. Now we don’t have big temperature differences in the house and the system is so quiet you can barely tell that it is on. This company is super professional. I can’t recommend them enough. I am adding a follow-up. Weeks after the installation we noticed a rumbling sound when the system was set to maximum. Julio and Rick came out twice to measure and then to install a custom vibration dampened earthquake restraint for our system. They truly went the extra mile. Both nice guys. I would stop them occasionally to ask a question and they were friendly and easily and thoroughly answered me. At the end of the day the entire area was totally clean up. The project was completed in the prescribed time. Before they left Ramon took the time to explain the how the new HVAC SYSTEM works then explained the remote and how to use it to set the temperature and fans to optimize my comfort.
